Saednews: Obama and many other U.S. officials have repeatedly emphasized over the years that there is no military solution to confronting Iran’s nuclear program.
According to Saed News, a few hours ago, U.S. President Trump announced that he had launched attacks on the Fordow, Natanz, and Isfahan nuclear facilities. He claimed that these strikes marked the "end of Fordow."
The full scale of the attack is not yet clear, and Iranian officials are expected to comment on it soon. However, one thing is absolutely certain: even by the Americans' own admission, Iran’s nuclear activity can never be halted through military attacks.
Several years ago, Obama made this crystal clear to the Israelis—when Netanyahu urged him to pursue a military option instead of a deal. Obama, who had previously said he wished he could dismantle every bolt of Iran’s nuclear program, admitted: There is no military option to stop Iran’s nuclear program. He noted that bombing might slow it temporarily, but it would never destroy it.
In addition to Obama, many other American officials have acknowledged this same reality over the years.
