SAEDNEWS: The manager of the BRICS Youth Council will travel to Tehran as part of an educational program.
Russia will organize an educational expedition to BRICS countries in 2025, planning visits to Iran, the United Arab Emirates, and Egypt, Diana Kovela of the BRICS Youth Council told TASS.
“The idea of launching an educational expedition emerged in 2024, when Russia held the BRICS presidency. We have already visited India as part of this mission. In 2025, we intend to visit several more countries — specifically Iran, the UAE, and Egypt,” said Kovela, who manages the project.
She added that the need for such educational travel across BRICS nations was outlined in the Kazan Declaration adopted at the group’s most recent summit. “The main goal of the expedition is to increase young people’s awareness of BRICS values and principles,” Kovela explained.
