SAEDNEWS: Yemen’s armed forces confirmed striking Israel’s Ramon Airport and a military target in the Negev with four drones, stressing that the Israeli aggression will not weaken their resolve or stop support for Palestine.
Brigadier General Yahya Saree, spokesperson for the Yemeni army and armed forces, announced a significant escalation in Yemen’s campaign against Israeli-occupied territories, revealing that the Yemeni Air Force had successfully launched four drone strikes on strategic sites.
According to Saree, three drones targeted Ramon Airport in the Umm al-Rashrash (Eilat) area, while a fourth struck a military installation in the Negev region of occupied Palestine. He emphasized that all drones reached their designated targets with precision.
“The criminal aggression against the Yemeni people will never weaken our determination or break our steadfast will,” Saree declared. He underscored Yemen’s commitment to fulfilling its religious, moral, and humanitarian duty, stating that the nation will continue to bravely defend the Palestinian people.
Saree also reaffirmed that attempts to undermine Yemen’s stance in support of the resistance will fail, just as they have in previous confrontations. “The enemy’s crimes against our people will never diminish our resolve,” he added.
This latest strike signals Yemen’s growing involvement in the regional confrontation with Israel, presenting itself as a staunch defender of Palestine and a key actor within the broader resistance front. Over the past months, Yemen has increasingly targeted Israeli-linked ports, airports, and shipping routes, framing its actions as both a moral obligation and a strategic deterrent.
Despite enduring years of war and blockade, Yemen’s leadership asserts that these operations highlight the country’s resilience and unwavering position in confronting Israeli aggression and what it calls Western-backed crimes in the region.
