SAEDNEWS: Aref said that the country’s leading figures and elites in the AI Development and Applications Board play an effective role in knowledge production and advancing AI technologies.
First Vice President Mohammad-Reza Aref says, in the current circumstances, the most important and strategic action for Iran is to develop and apply Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology.
Speaking at a meeting of the AI Development and Applications Board on Tuesday, Aref highlighted the critical role of AI figures in advancing the advanced technologies.
He noted that the country’s leading figures and elites in the AI Development and Applications Board play an effective role in knowledge production and advancing AI technologies.
Aref emphasized that developing and applying AI is the nation’s most strategic imperative.
He also said that Iran needs a significant advancement in AI, noting that a three-year plan within the administration has been set out in this regard.
