SAEDNEWS: At least four people were killed on Friday after a fire broke out at a factory in western Russia's Ryazan Region, the regional operational headquarters said.
According to the headquarters, a fire broke out at around 10:30 a.m. (0730 GMT) in a production workshop of a factory in the Shilovsky District.
The number of victims is being clarified, it added.
Citing emergency services, RIA Novosti earlier reported that three people were killed and another 20 were injured in a gunpowder explosion at the plant.
