SAEDNEWS: US businessman Elon Musk will be welcome to become part of the US administration if US Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump wins the presidential election in November, the politician said.
According to SAEDNEWS, In a recent interview with Reuters, former President Donald Trump expressed his interest in bringing entrepreneur Elon Musk into his administration should he return to the White House. Trump suggested that he would offer Musk a position as either an advisor or a cabinet member, provided that the businessman is willing to take on such responsibilities.
This statement comes after Musk publicly endorsed Trump following an assassination attempt on the former president in July. Trump's popularity among certain voter demographics has only strengthened, especially after a widely viewed interview he granted Musk on the platform X, which has achieved over a billion views.
As the U.S. presidential election approaches on November 5, the political landscape is shifting. Initially expected to be the Democratic nominee, President Joe Biden faced criticism for his performance in a June debate against Trump. This prompted growing calls from within the Democratic Party for him to step aside. Ultimately, on July 21, Biden made the decision to withdraw from the race and endorse Kamala Harris for the party's nomination for the state’s top office.
