SAEDNEWS: A number of the Israeli regime’s forces were killed or injured in the drone strike launched by Hezbollah on Israel’s newly established 91st Division in the Elite Barracks in the Upper Galilee region on Monday.
According to SAEDNEWS, The Lebanese Resistance Movement, Hezbollah, announced that it has launched a focused attack on an Israeli military headquarters in the northern occupied Palestinian territories using a series of suicide drones.
In a statement released on Monday morning, Hezbollah indicated that the aerial assault originated from Lebanon and targeted Israel’s newly established 91st Division at the Elite Barracks in the Upper Galilee region, according to PressTV.
Hezbollah reported that several members of the Israeli forces were either killed or injured in the drone strike. The Islamic Resistance fighters specifically aimed at "the positions and settlements of the officers and soldiers," achieving direct hits that resulted in casualties.
The Resistance movement stated that this anti-Zionist operation was conducted in solidarity with Gaza and as a response to the Israeli regime’s assassinations of its members during attacks in various Lebanese towns.
On the same day, the Israeli military announced that it had targeted a Hezbollah fighter in the village of Houla in southern Lebanon. They also claimed that another Hezbollah member was killed during a drone attack on the village of Beit Lif. Additionally, Israeli forces asserted that they had destroyed Hezbollah infrastructure in the village of Ayta ash Shab.
Hezbollah confirmed the deaths of two of its fighters due to the Israeli attacks in southern Lebanon. Since early October, the Lebanese Resistance movement has conducted ongoing attacks against Israeli military positions as retaliation for the occupying regime’s offensives against Gaza and southern Lebanon.
The conflict escalated when Israel initiated its brutal campaign against besieged Gaza on October 7, following an unprecedented operation by Hamas in retaliation for escalating violence against the Palestinian people. Since then, Israel has imposed a complete siege on the densely populated area, cutting off essential supplies—fuel, electricity, food, and water—to the over two million Palestinians residing there.
