SAEDNEWS: Officials from the Russian Federation and Iran conferred on further boosting ties in the fields of trade and economy.
According to SAEDNEWS, Officials from the Russian Federation and Iran have held discussions aimed at enhancing their trade and economic relationship. Russian Presidential Advisor Anton Kobyakov met with Iranian Ambassador to Russia Kazem Jalali to explore opportunities for deeper collaboration.
During their meeting, Kobyakov urged the Iranian side to engage more actively in Russia’s significant economic events than in the past. He remarked on the increasing momentum of trade and economic cooperation between the two nations, noting that their relations have accelerated in recent years.
The conversation covered a variety of topics related to economic cooperation, specifically focusing on Iran's participation in the upcoming BRICS Summit, which will be held in Kazan, Russia. Kobyakov emphasized the importance of Iranian involvement in key Russian economic forums, including the St. Petersburg Business Forum, the Islamic World-Russia Economic Conference in Kazan, and the Moscow Tourism Conference.
In response, Jalali expressed Iran's eagerness to further develop trade and economic ties with Russia, highlighting the Islamic Republic's commitment to strengthening relations with the Russian Federation across all sectors.
