SAEDNEWS: China supports all efforts that contribute to permanent and comprehensive ceasefire in Gaza, foreign ministry spokesperson Lin Jian said Wednesday.
According to SAEDNEWS, During a recent press conference, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Mao Ning Lin addressed inquiries regarding China’s potential engagement with Hamas amidst the group's decision to abstain from new ceasefire negotiations. Lin reiterated China's commitment to advocating for international initiatives aimed at swiftly resolving the ongoing conflict in Gaza and preventing any further escalation of hostilities.
Lin emphasized China’s active role in promoting peace and stability in the region, stating, "We support all efforts that contribute to a permanent and comprehensive ceasefire in Gaza.
