SAEDNEWS: As the rotating chair of the group of emerging economies known as BRICS, Russia is preparing to host the 6th International Municipal BRICS (IMBRICS) Forum in Moscow.
According to SAEDNEWS, A dynamic forum is set to take place on August 27 and 28 at the Expocenter, an international exhibition center in Moscow. The event, as reported by the BRICS television network, aims to facilitate an exchange of experiences concerning the technological, economic, and social development of municipal territories among member states and their partners.
The Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry has confirmed invitations sent out to delegations from 126 countries, including Iran, to participate in this significant forum. This gathering promises to be a melting pot of ideas and collaboration, featuring 13 distinct working areas and over 70 business events.
Discussions will encompass a wide range of topics centered on enhancing cooperation among municipalities. Key areas of focus will include the economy, digital technologies, industry, energy, urban infrastructure, transportation, environment, healthcare, education, science, culture, sports, and tourism.
In addition to the engaging discussions, the forum will host a large-scale exhibition. This exhibition aims to showcase innovative developments in urban management and planning, highlighting the latest trends and solutions in the field.
