Accoridng to SAEDNEWS, When luxury living meets the electrifying world of football, the result is more than just real estate—it’s an experience. Imagine waking up in a glass-walled apartment overlooking the Arabian Sea, stepping onto your rooftop, and playing football on a pitch bearing the iconic Chelsea logo. That’s not a fantasy anymore; it’s the vision behind Chelsea FC’s newest collaboration in Dubai.

In a groundbreaking partnership with Dubai-based real estate giant DAMAC Properties, Chelsea is launching its first-ever branded residential project. This ambitious development will offer over 1,400 sea-facing apartments in Dubai Maritime City—each designed with sleek, modern architecture and signature Chelsea flair.

A Football Dream Built in Glass and Steel

The residences, ranging from one to three-bedroom units, will feature floor-to-ceiling windows and high-end finishes. Designed by the renowned architectural firm Gensler, the buildings promise a bold blend of cutting-edge materials and subtle Chelsea-themed detailing.

DAMAC described the project as offering "an experience that rivals the excitement of the beautiful game itself.” The community will also feature a Chelsea simulation room, a private beach branded with the club’s lion emblem, and other immersive themed experiences.

For True Blues in the Gulf

Whether you're a die-hard Chelsea fan or simply looking for a uniquely luxurious lifestyle, this development stands out as a bold new chapter for both the club and Dubai’s skyline. It’s a strategic move for Chelsea, whose CEO Jason Gannon emphasized that the partnership will bring “the spirit of London’s SW6 to Dubai,” while also advancing the club’s global expansion.
