Ramesses VI Nebmaatre Meryamon, the fifth pharaoh of the 20th dynasty of Egypt, ruled Egypt for 8 years from the mid to late 12th century BC. After his death, he was placed in a temple that archaeologists call KV9. Interestingly, Ramesses VI did not build this temple for himself; instead, he used the temple of his predecessor, his nephew Ramesses V, who had ruled before him!
After transferring his nephew to another temple, Ramesses VI used his nephew's temple. However, before doing so, he made some changes to it.
