Name: Pumpkin Dessert with Grape Molasses and Walnuts Preparation Time: 30 minutes Servings: 6

Ingredients:

Pumpkin: 1.5 kg

Sugar: 1 cup

Cinnamon stick: 1 small piece

Cloves: 4

Grape molasses: 1 cup

Shelled walnuts: as needed

Instructions:

Dice the pumpkin into small cubes. Wash and layer them with sugar in a pot, then refrigerate for a few hours.

After a few hours, the pumpkin will release water, and the sugar will be absorbed. Place the pot on the stove and wait for the water to boil. Add the cinnamon and cloves to the pumpkin and let it cook for about 20 minutes. In the last 5 minutes, add the grape molasses and increase the heat slightly to boil and absorb the molasses into the pumpkin. Serve the dessert in a dish and garnish with walnuts.

Tip: It's best to leave the pumpkin and sugar in the refrigerator overnight, but a few hours will suffice if you don't have enough time.
