According to the Saed News Cooking Service, we are here to share a different method for cooking with potatoes.
Ingredients:
1 medium potato
1 cup flour
2 cups water
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro
1 level teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
Ingredients for layering the crepes:
2 grated tomatoes
Some finely chopped fresh dill
400 grams shredded pizza cheese
Preparation steps:
Boil the potato, peel it, and mash it thoroughly with a masher. Add the chopped cilantro and onion. Then add the oil, salt, chili powder, and turmeric and mix all the ingredients well.
Mix the water and flour well, then add the mashed potato mixture and stir until completely smooth (the batter should be runny). Heat a non-stick pan and lightly grease it if needed. Pour a ladle of the batter into the pan and spread it evenly.
Cook each side for about 3 minutes.
In a dish, place one layer of potato crepe, spread some of the layering mixture (tomato, dill, and pizza cheese) on top, and repeat this process until all crepes are used.
Sprinkle pizza cheese on the top layer.
Place it in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 15 minutes.
