According to the cooking service of Saed News, first I prepared small watermelon jellies, then removed them from the mold and poured them into the semi-set cheesecake mixture. It needs to be semi-set so that the watermelon jelly pieces don’t sink. Then I poured everything into a mold and put it in the refrigerator to set.

I powdered Petit Beurre biscuits with red food coloring powder and sifted it over the dessert. With this method, you can make all your desserts velvety with different colors.

Watermelon jelly: One packet of red jelly dissolved in one cup of boiling water.

For the green part: half a packet of green jelly dissolved in one cup of boiling water, and to make it opaque, after it cooled down, I added a little milk.

For the white part of the watermelon jelly, I used the cheesecake mixture.

Cheesecake mixture: 250g pastry cream + 100-150g breakfast cream + 100g cream cheese, mixed just until combined. Then add one cup of milk in which 2 tablespoons of gelatin powder have been dissolved and melted in a double boiler. Let this cream semi-set and it should not be warm.

After it was semi-set, I added the watermelon jelly pieces, mixed them in, and poured the mixture into a mold greased with a non-stick oil spray. Then put it in the refrigerator to set. After it sets, decorate, cut, and enjoy!
