Professional Method for Making Lasagna Without an Oven

Step 1:
Peel and finely dice one onion. Sauté it in a pan with some oil until golden.

Step 2:
Add ground beef (brought to room temperature) to the onions. Stir-fry until the meat changes color and is fully cooked.

Step 3:
Peel the sausages, then grate them using a coarse grater. (Adding sausage is optional — chicken can be used instead.)

Step 4:
Add the grated sausage to the meat mixture and sauté.

Step 5:
Fry the sausages thoroughly until fully cooked and mixed well with the meat.

Step 6:
Dice one bell pepper. You can use multicolored bell peppers for added visual appeal.

Step 7:
Wash and slice the mushrooms. Sauté them in a separate pan with high heat and a little oil (or a small amount of butter). Avoid using too much butter to preserve the flavor.

Step 8:
Add the sautéed mushrooms to the meat mixture and mix well.

Step 9:
Peel the tomatoes and grate them finely.

Step 10:
Add the tomato purée to the meat mixture and stir thoroughly.

Step 11:
Add 1 tablespoon of ketchup and stir. If the mixture isn't red enough, you can add more tomato paste or purée.

Step 13:
Boil water in a pot. Once boiling, add the lasagna sheets and cook until soft. Make sure they don’t stick together.

Step 14:
Drain the cooked lasagna sheets and rinse briefly with cold water. To prevent sticking or breaking, hang the sheets around the edge of a colander.

Step 15:
Grease the bottom of the pan you will use to layer the lasagna. You can use oil or butter depending on your preference.

Step 16:
Place a layer of lasagna sheets on the bottom of the pan. A double-sided pan works well for even layering.

Step 17:
Spread a layer of the prepared filling over the lasagna sheets and smooth it with a spoon.

Step 18:
Add a layer of shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the filling. Avoid overdoing it.

Step 19:
Repeat layering: another lasagna sheet, then filling, then cheese, and so on.

Step 20:
For the final layer, only add cheese on top — no need for another lasagna sheet.

Step 21:
Place the pan over low heat, cover with a lid, and let the lasagna cook so the filling heats through and the cheese melts.

Step 22:
Once everything is soft and melted, turn off the heat. Your lasagna is ready. Garnish with cherry tomatoes and fresh basil if desired.
