Saed News: Today, we have a completely rare and unique film of the old Chalous Road from 1951 (1330 in the Iranian calendar), shot by a German team during a trip from Tehran to Ramsar, where they filmed various areas.
According to the historical service of Saed News, the interesting points of the film are quite unique. In this footage, the Chalous Road is still unpaved, and the beautiful cliffs along the road, with their beautiful stone and concrete pillars, can be seen. These were later replaced and destroyed by ugly guardrails and eventually low-quality concrete New Jersey barriers. In part of the film, we see the "Khaf-e-Hazar Cham" area, and in another section, we see a snow-covered area near a tunnel. The footage also features an old rugged vehicle, a DODGE WC10 model, with the inscription "Special Service Tehran-Ramsar" on its back.
