SAEDNEWS: Introducing Iran’s National Jewelry in the Treasury: Unique and Majestic Treasures with Pearls and Stunning Gemstones!
According to the History and Culture Service of Saed News, Iran’s National Jewel Treasury is a collection of royal jewels from the historical eras of Iran. Most of these treasures date back to the spoils acquired by Nader Shah Afshar from India, as well as the Qajar kings. Today, this precious collection is kept in the Central Bank of Iran’s vault in Tehran. Until a few years ago, it was open to the public, but it is currently closed.
The only existing documentary and images of this treasury are from Iran’s National Jewels: Witnesses of History, directed by the late Khosrow Sinai in 2008 at the request of the Central Bank.
