SAEDNEWS: Iran’s Supreme Court to Fast-Track Trials of Alleged “Israeli Spies” in Defiant Show of Strength

Breaking: Iran’s Supreme Court to Blitz ‘Israeli Spy’ Trials—No Appeal, No Mercy!

According to Saed News, Iran’s head of the Supreme Court, Hojjatoleslam Mohammad Jafar Montazeri, declared on Tuesday that individuals arrested for espionage on behalf of the “fake Israeli regime” will be tried without delay once their cases reach the nation’s highest court. Speaking at a general board session attended by senior justices and the deputy public prosecutor, Montazeri lauded the “ingenuity of the anonymous soldiers of Imam Zaman (may God hasten his reappearance)” and the public for helping to unmask and detain a large network of “traitors and spies.”

Montazeri evoked the Shiite ethos of martyrdom, quoting Imam Hussein: “Death in the cause of honour is but eternal life, and life with humiliation is death itself,” underscoring Iran’s narrative that sacrifice against external threats is a noble calling. He contrasted this with what he described as the Zionist regime’s “cowardly” assassinations of Iranian nuclear scientists during the 12‑day hostilities of last year, which he said cost Iran nearly 1,000 lives.

Beyond the espionage cases, the Supreme Court session resolved three pivotal “divorce due to hardship” appeals—upholding lower‑court rulings under Article 1130 of the Civil Code. Montazeri also announced reforms to streamline litigant access to Supreme Court hearings, scheduling specific visit days to reduce confusion.

He concluded by reaffirming that every drop of “martyrs’ blood” strengthens the resolve of their successors, vowing to uphold the “path of truth” without fear of reprisals.
