SAEDNEWS: By order of the Vice President for Legal Affairs, a special legal task force has been formed to pursue the aggressions of the Zionist regime and the United States in international forums.
According to Saednews, Hojjatoleslam wal-Muslimeen Majid Ansari, in a message congratulated and expressed condolences to the families of the proud martyrs of this critical period in the history of the Islamic Revolution, and announced the formation of a specialized task force to pursue the legal dimensions of this blatant act of aggression.
Another part of the message reads: In continuation of previous decisions and the coordination made in recent meetings, it was decided that a specialized task force consisting of prominent experts and skilled jurists from the center and other academic and legal institutions of the country be formed to comprehensively examine the legal dimensions of the military aggression, violation of the territorial sovereignty of the Islamic Republic of Iran, threats to the country's territorial integrity, the martyrdom of citizens, and the assassination of scientists, security defenders, and high-ranking commanders.
The Vice President for Legal Affairs, emphasizing the need for precise documentation of this aggression and war crimes, added that the task force is obliged, in cooperation with all relevant agencies, to investigate the attack on peaceful nuclear facilities and the violation of the statute of the International Atomic Energy Agency, and to document with accurate data the illegal and anti-human rights actions and examples of war crimes such as the martyrdom of women and children, destruction of residential areas, and attacks on educational, medical, media facilities and public service infrastructure, and to assess the human, material, and moral damages.
He concluded by praising the national solidarity and the exceptional resilience of the noble people of Iran, stating that the pure blood of this land’s martyrs undoubtedly serves as a foundation for standing firm on the path of dignity and national power, and that the Vice Presidency for Legal Affairs will employ all its legal capacities to defend the rights of the Iranian people.
