SAEDNEWS: A Democratic member of the U.S. House of Representatives, referring to last week's Washington attack on Iran's nuclear facilities, emphasized the necessity of dialogue at the negotiating table and said: It has become clear that a military solution is not sufficient.
According to Saednews, quoting CNN, a Democratic member of the U.S. House of Representatives said to the network after a briefing on Washington’s recent attack on Iran’s nuclear facilities: “Many American lawmakers want the Trump administration to resume negotiations with Tehran.” He emphasized: “Representatives have concluded that a military solution is not sufficient.”
Raja Krishnamurthy said: “Although Iran’s nuclear facilities, especially the above-ground sites, have certainly been destroyed, there are hundreds of kilograms of enriched uranium and secret sites about which no explanations have yet been given.”
He added: “I think many of us have come to the conclusion that to stop Iran’s nuclear program, we must engage in talks at the negotiating table, because as we have realized this week, a military solution is not sufficient.”
