Saednews: The government of Pakistan strongly condemned the illegal U.S. aggression against Iran’s nuclear facilities, considering it a violation of all international legal norms, and emphasized that the Islamic Republic of Iran has a legitimate right to defend itself.

According to an Saednews, the spokesperson of Pakistan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a statement moments ago announcing: The Islamic Republic of Pakistan condemns the United States’ attacks on the nuclear facilities of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Shafqat Ali Khan, expressing deep concern over the potential escalation of tensions in the region, said: We condemn the United States’ attacks on Iran’s nuclear facilities, which come after a series of attacks by the occupying Israeli regime.

He added: Islamabad once again emphasizes that these attacks violate all international legal norms, and the Islamic Republic of Iran has a legitimate right to self-defense under the United Nations Charter.

The spokesperson of Pakistan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs said: The unprecedented escalation of tension and violence, due to the ongoing aggressions against Iran, is deeply concerning. Any further escalation of tensions will have very destructive consequences for the region and beyond.

He stressed: We emphasize the necessity of respecting the lives and property of civilians and the immediate cessation of hostilities. All parties must adhere to international law, especially international humanitarian law.

Shafqat Ali Khan added: Employing dialogue and diplomacy, in accordance with the principles and objectives of the United Nations Charter, is the only appropriate solution to resolve regional crises.

According to Saednews, in the early hours of Sunday (June 21), the United States joined Netanyahu’s war against Iran by attacking three nuclear sites in Fordow, Natanz, and Isfahan.
