Saed News Political Service reports: Jalal Mousavi, Vice President of the National Truck Drivers’ Association, commented on how military ammunition equipment was transported through the country’s freight fleet by traitors and spies. He stated that the honorable drivers of our country did not collaborate with the traitors, and these individuals are not drivers from our national trucking fleet.
According to ILNA, Mousavi said, “The drivers are not traitors, but traitors have become drivers. I have not heard anything specific about this, but it is possible that some of these people are Mossad spies who have planned and worked on this beforehand. Some spies rented trucks or worked as drivers during this time, but I emphasize that our country’s drivers have proven their loyalty to the country both before and after the revolution.”
He continued, “In recent days, drivers have also protested for two reasons: first, due to a false statement issued from abroad that tempted the drivers, and second, because there has truly been negligence and shortcomings in addressing drivers’ problems and concerns over the past years. Drivers have faced rising prices of tires, parts, and fuel shortages. These factors combined led to the protests.”
Regarding infiltration in the country’s freight transportation fleet, Mousavi said, “In every profession, lapses can occur, and large sums of money may have been exchanged, but the truck drivers were unaware that some drivers might be Mossad agents and unknowingly allowed them to use their trucks.”
He added, “The trucks often had no loads, and some drivers requested trucks and work in this sector. Truck owners gave their trucks to these individuals to transport cargo, unaware that these individuals were not genuine drivers.”
Mousavi said, “Of course, the occurrence of these incidents is very rare. No Israeli would ever hire our trucks, nor would any truck from Israel enter our country. Instead, they infiltrated our domestic fleet. This infiltration is not limited to transportation but has affected all trades and professions—it is the work of traitors.”
Answering whether any qualification checks are done before handing trucks to drivers, he said, “Usually, truck owners know unemployed drivers in their city and give their trucks to them for work. In some cases, the drivers are even introduced through referrals, and this handing over of trucks to drivers is a common practice.”
He stressed, “But the point is, Mossad trained certain individuals and worked on them, and we were negligent and unaware of this network, unknowingly handing over trucks to these people.”
The Vice President of the Truck Drivers’ Association added, “This cooperation was absolutely unintentional, and it was our negligence, possibly along with security forces’, that allowed this to happen. The unscrupulous have trained and prepared people for this project.”
Regarding the duration of this infiltration into the freight fleet, he said, “This is not something that happened in one or two months, it’s impossible to have occurred in such a short time. The infiltration of these agents into the country’s freight transportation fleet began three years ago. During this time, they earned trust, found simple active individuals in the fleet, and without the truck owners knowing, carried out their operation.”
Mousavi added, “They can continue to corrupt more people, then threaten and blackmail them, forcing these individuals to cooperate.”
