Do not give your phone to children in public places or on the streets.
When using taxis or buses, avoid making your phone visible or accessible to other passengers.
If someone claiming to be an official approaches citizens, make sure to refrain from handing over your phone, bag, personal items, or any information until you see their official ID.
Citizens should write down the serial number of their mobile phones after purchasing them so they can use it in case of emergency.
In the event of theft or encountering suspicious individuals or impersonators, memorize their faces and take note of vehicle license plate numbers. Report the incident immediately to the police emergency center (110) or visit the nearest police station.
