Hamas Officially Announces Peace Agreement with Israeli Regime

According to the political news service of SaedNews, the Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas announced in a statement: “We declare the achievement of an agreement that will end the war in Gaza, lead to the withdrawal of the occupying [Israeli] forces, allow entry of [humanitarian] aid, and facilitate a prisoner exchange.”

The resistance movement expressed its appreciation for the efforts of Qatar, Egypt, and Turkey as mediating countries, as well as for President Trump’s endeavors aimed at achieving a final end to the war.

Hamas further urged Trump, the mediating countries, and Arab and Islamic parties to ensure that the occupiers [Israel] fully implement the agreement.

The movement also emphasized in its statement: “We call on President Trump and the guarantor countries to prevent the occupiers [Israel] from shirking or delaying the implementation of the agreement.”

Senior Hamas Official: Ceasefire Is a Reward for Gaza’s Historic Patience and a Product of Resistance’s Resilience

Ezzat al-Rishq, member of Hamas’ Political Bureau, stressed that the current ceasefire agreement is the direct result of multiple factors.

He explained that the ceasefire is a direct outcome of the immense sacrifices and exemplary patience of the people of Gaza, alongside the indomitable strength and resilience of the resistance.

Al-Rishq stated that the agreement was achieved based on Hamas’ historical responsibility toward the great Palestinian nation, full adherence to their legitimate rights, and in recognition of the achievements of the resistance during the October 7 operations (Al-Aqsa Storm).

He described the ceasefire as a unique national achievement that highlights the unity of the people and their deep solidarity with the resistance as the only path to confronting Israeli occupation.

The political bureau member added: “Throughout all stages of the negotiations, our eyes and hearts were fixed on the people of Gaza, as their pure blood and unparalleled sacrifices reflect a covenant of dedication and loyalty.”

In conclusion, he emphasized: “What the occupying regime could not achieve over two years through genocide, massacres, and imposed starvation on our people, it also failed to accomplish at the negotiating table.”
