According to the entertainment section of Saed News, the release of Styx: Blades of Greed has been delayed until February this year. However, Cyanide has shared new gameplay footage that provides a closer look at the overall experience of the game. In the video above, the developers’ focus on giving players freedom in executing a heist is more evident than ever.
Gameplay details include choosing your path, engaging in direct combat, and taking down enemies stealthily using poisoning, mind manipulation, trap setting, or special magic to turn invisible. Players can now use a grappling hook to climb buildings and heights, though they also have the option to climb walls the traditional way.
Styx: Blades of Greed is set to release on February 19 for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S.
