SAEDNEWS: Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev called on the US administration to “ultimately realize” that by supporting Kiev they are “supporting murderers”.
Political violence has surged, with high-profile figures increasingly targeted. On his X page, former Russian official Dmitry Medvedev wrote:
"Political crimes and assassinations have been carried out lately by a variety of left-wing liberal scum who support Banderite Kiev. Fico, Kirk. Who's next? Maybe it's time for the MAGA team to realize that by supporting Ukraine, they're supporting murderers."
His post came in the wake of the fatal shooting of conservative US activist Charlie Kirk, according to TASS.
Kirk, 31, a prominent supporter of former President Donald Trump, was reportedly attacked during a university event in Oren, Utah. He was rushed to a hospital but succumbed to his injuries.
A vocal opponent of US military aid to Ukraine, Kirk had frequently spoken against Washington's support for Kyiv, making him a notable figure in the conservative political landscape.
Medvedev’s comments tie the tragedy to broader geopolitical tensions, framing support for Ukraine as a moral and political liability for MAGA-aligned figures.
