Ingredients:
1 cup rice
1 cup milk
1 cup sugar
150 grams coconut powder
3 eggs
1 cup oil (not filled to the top)
½ teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon baking powder
Honey, pistachio powder, and almond slivers for decoration
Instructions:
Wash the rice and soak it in milk for 4 hours in the fridge (to prevent the milk from spoiling).
Place the soaked rice and milk mixture in a blender and blend well.
Add the remaining ingredients and blend everything together.
Line a cake mold with paper and pour the batter into it.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 50 minutes.
