Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rice

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 150 grams coconut powder

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 cup oil (not filled to the top)

  • ½ teaspoon vanilla

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

  • Honey, pistachio powder, and almond slivers for decoration

Instructions:

  1. Wash the rice and soak it in milk for 4 hours in the fridge (to prevent the milk from spoiling).

  2. Place the soaked rice and milk mixture in a blender and blend well.

  3. Add the remaining ingredients and blend everything together.

  4. Line a cake mold with paper and pour the batter into it.

  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 50 minutes.

  6. After cooling, remove the cake from the mold and peel off the paper.

  7. Brush the cake with honey and decorate with nuts and pistachio powder.
