How to Make Chapli Kebab

Step 1:
To make delicious chapli kebab, start by peeling and grating the tomatoes. Next, peel the onion, grate it, and add it to the tomatoes. Then, use your hands to remove any excess water from the mixture.

Step 2:
Wash the coriander and finely chop it. Add the chopped coriander along with the drained onions and tomatoes into a suitable bowl. Then, grate the garlic cloves and add them to the bowl as well.

Step 3:
Now, add the ground meat, eggs, chickpea flour, ground ginger, ground cumin, ground coriander, and some salt, black pepper, and turmeric to the bowl. Mix everything together with your hands until the mixture is uniform and well-combined.

Step 4:
If the kebab mixture is too loose, add a little more chickpea flour and mix again until it becomes firmer. Next, heat a suitable frying pan and add about half a cup of oil for frying.

Step 5:
Once the oil is hot, take a large walnut-sized portion of the mixture, shape it into a ball, then flatten it completely with your palm. Drop it into the hot oil.

Step 6:
Once the edges of the kebab turn light brown, gently flip it over and allow the other side to fry as well. Shape and fry the remaining mixture in the same way.

Step 7:
Once both sides of the kebabs are fried, remove them from the pan and use a paper towel to absorb any excess oil. Finally, arrange the kebabs on a serving plate and serve with bread or rice. Enjoy!
