Ingredients for Tabriz Kafgiri Halva:

  • White pastry flour (not whole wheat flour) – 2 cups

  • Powdered sugar (Nesar) – 1 cup

  • Solid oil – 2 tbsp

  • Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp

  • Animal butter – 50g

  • Strongly brewed saffron – 50g

  • Rosewater – 5 tbsp

  • Cocoa powder – 1 tbsp
