SAEDNEWS: Indirect negotiations between Iran and the United States are likely to begin in the coming days.
According to the political desk of Saed News, quoting Tabnak, Lawrence Norman, a journalist with The Wall Street Journal, stated a few days ago that the possibility of Iran and the U.S. beginning negotiations in the second half of August (starting next week) is likely.
Based on this, Iran-U.S. negotiations are expected to begin next week.
In a tweet, the Wall Street Journal reporter wrote: “It is highly likely that in the second half of August (late Mordad), Iran will resume some form of dialogue with the U.S. Possibly indirect. Possibly with the presence of other countries.”
Before the Zionist regime/U.S. aggression against Iran, Tehran and Washington had held five rounds of negotiations. A sixth round was also planned; however, two days before it was to take place, the Zionist regime attacked Iranian soil and, in a coordinated operation, martyred a number of senior military commanders and nuclear scientists.
Subsequently, the United States also entered the conflict and attacked Iran’s nuclear facilities in Natanz, Fordow, and Isfahan.
