Poland Reopens Two Border Crossings with Belarus ✅

According to Saed News Agency, citing PAP news agency, the Bobrowniki crossing is now open to cars, buses, and trucks, while the Kuznica crossing remains accessible only to cars.

Poland’s decision comes as authorities aim to support the economic needs of border regions and as the migration crisis along the border shows signs of easing.

Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk said on October 28 that the country was ready to reopen the Bobrowniki and Kuznica crossings. He noted that the reopening had been delayed in late October to coordinate with neighboring Lithuania.

Meanwhile, on October 28, Lithuanian authorities announced the closure of their border with Belarus until the end of November, citing efforts to combat smuggling.
