    • 1 liter milk

    • 1 cup sugar

    • 4-5 tablespoons cornstarch

    For the Dalgona Coffee Topping:

    • 4 tablespoons instant coffee powder (or Nescafe)

    • 4 tablespoons sugar

    • 4 tablespoons boiling water

    Instructions:

    1. Prepare the Sheriyeh Noodles:

      • In a large pan, melt the butter over medium heat.

      • Add the sheriyeh noodles and lightly toast them until they turn golden brown, stirring continuously to prevent burning.

    2. Make the Milk Mixture:

      • In a separate bowl, mix the cornstarch with a small amount of milk to make a smooth slurry.

      • Pour the rest of the milk into the pan with the toasted noodles.

      • Add the sugar and instant coffee powder.

      • Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

      • Stir in the cream until well combined.

    4. Prepare the Dalgona Coffee Topping:

      • In a bowl, combine instant coffee powder, sugar, and boiling water.

      • Whip the mixture vigorously with a hand mixer or whisk until it becomes thick and frothy, forming stiff peaks.

    5. Assemble:

      • Pour the cooked dessert base into serving glasses or bowls.

      • Spoon the whipped dalgona coffee topping over the dessert.

    6. Serve:
