  • Grated coconut: 75 grams

  • Ripe small bananas: 4

  • Milk: 175 milliliters

  • Egg: 1

  • Butter: 100 grams

  • Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven

  • Preheat your oven to 200°C. Prepare muffin tins and line them with paper liners.

  1. Mix Dry Ingredients
