During this important meeting, a significant milestone was achieved as a license was issued for the helicopters of the Iranian Red Crescent Society to operate over Iraqi airspace during the Arbaeen rituals. Moreover, the meeting also addressed the licensing of ambulances from the Iranian Red Crescent Society to enter Iraqi territory, along with the importation of essential medical equipment and supplies.
