1 whole chicken breast
2 large potatoes
1 large carrot
300 g mushrooms
3 onions
1 bell pepper
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
Salt, black pepper, and turmeric, as needed

Peel the onions, wash them, and chop them finely. Heat a pan over low heat, add some oil, and let it warm.
Sauté the chopped onions in the hot oil until golden brown. Remove them from the oil and place them on a metal strainer to drain excess oil and become crispy.
Fill a pot with water and bring it to a boil over high heat. Meanwhile, peel the garlic and one onion (separate from the chopped ones), cut the onion into four pieces, and add it along with the chicken to the boiling water. Add a pinch of saffron, turmeric, and salt, cover the pot, and cook the chicken until done.
Peel the potatoes and dice them. Heat some oil in a pan and fry the potatoes until golden. Drain them on a metal strainer to remove excess oil.
Cut the carrot in half and cook it in some water until tender.
Chop the bell pepper finely.
Wash and chop the mushrooms, then sauté them in some oil. Add half a teaspoon of lemon juice to prevent them from turning black. Stir constantly until the mushrooms release their water, evaporate, and slightly brown.
Add the fried potatoes to the mushrooms and mix well.
Once the chicken is slightly cooled, chop it and add it, along with the bell pepper, to the mushroom-potato mixture.
Peel the cooked carrot, dice it, and add it together with the crispy fried onions to the salad mixture. Gently sauté all the ingredients over low heat.
Add a little mayonnaise while stirring to coat all the ingredients evenly.
Serve the warm and delicious salad in your preferred dish.
