Ingredients for Oven-Baked Rolled Lasagna

Instructions for Festive Rolled Lasagna
Boil the lasagna sheets in water for 5 minutes until partially cooked.
Prepare the filling by mixing yogurt, grated sausage, grated mozzarella, chopped spring onions, and spices together.
Drain the partially cooked lasagna sheets and arrange them on a tray.
Spread a portion of the filling evenly over each sheet. Keep the filling thin so rolling is easy.
Roll each lasagna sheet with the filling inside.
Prepare the sauce by mixing 2 tablespoons of tomato paste with one cup of water. Spread a little of this sauce on the bottom of the baking dish.
Place the rolled lasagna in the dish and pour the remaining sauce over them.
Sprinkle some grated mozzarella on top.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 25 minutes.
After 25 minutes, your meat-free rolled lasagna finger food is ready to enjoy.
