Soft butter: 250g
Lemon zest: 3 teaspoons
Powdered sugar: 1 cup
Eggs: 4
Seedless raisins: 1 cup (150g)
All-purpose flour: 2 cups (300g)
Baking powder: 2 teaspoons

First, peel the beetroots and grate them.
Place the butter and sugar in a bowl and beat well with a mixer until combined.
Next, add the grated lemon zest and mix it in.
Add the eggs one by one, mixing well after each addition until the ingredients are fully combined and smooth.
