2 packages of Petit Beurre biscuits
1/2 package of mascarpone cheese (or 100g of cream cheese)
1/2 package of breakfast cream (100g)
3 tablespoons of sugar
1 cup of coffee dissolved in hot water
Coffee powder, as needed
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
Whip the breakfast cream, sugar, and vanilla together for 5 minutes. Then add the mascarpone cheese and continue whipping for a few more minutes until the mixture thickens. Dip the biscuits one by one into the coffee solution, making sure not to soak them too long. The coffee solution should not be hot to avoid making the biscuits too soft. Now, spread a layer of the cheese mixture on one biscuit, then place another biscuit on top and gently press. Some of the cheese mixture will spill out from the sides. Use your hands to smooth the excess mixture around the edges to make it neat. Repeat the process with all the biscuits. Finally, sift some coffee powder on top and, if desired, drizzle melted chocolate over them. The tiramisu bites are ready; just let them chill in the fridge for a while until the cheese sets and the biscuits soften.
