How to Make Delicious Cherry Gelatin Dessert + Video

According to Saed News Cooking Service, cherry gelatin dessert is an incredibly vibrant and attractive treat that can be beautifully decorated in many ways.

Ingredients for Cherry Gelatin Dessert:

  • 1 kg pitted cherries

  • 21 g sugar

  • 3 tablespoons gelatin powder

  • 500 ml water

  • 300 g whipped cream

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions:

  1. Puree the pitted cherries, then strain and set aside 500 g of the puree.

  2. Mix sugar, gelatin powder, and water, and heat until the sugar and gelatin dissolve. Remove from heat.

  3. Add the cherry puree to the sugar-gelatin mixture and combine well.

  4. Once completely cooled, fold in the whipped cream, add vanilla, and pour into a 1.5-liter mold.

  5. Refrigerate for 4–5 hours until set.

  6. Remove from the fridge, unmold onto a serving plate, and decorate as desired.
