According to Saed News Cooking Service, cherry gelatin dessert is an incredibly vibrant and attractive treat that can be beautifully decorated in many ways.
Ingredients for Cherry Gelatin Dessert:
1 kg pitted cherries
21 g sugar
3 tablespoons gelatin powder
500 ml water
300 g whipped cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions:
Puree the pitted cherries, then strain and set aside 500 g of the puree.
Mix sugar, gelatin powder, and water, and heat until the sugar and gelatin dissolve. Remove from heat.
Add the cherry puree to the sugar-gelatin mixture and combine well.
Once completely cooled, fold in the whipped cream, add vanilla, and pour into a 1.5-liter mold.
Refrigerate for 4–5 hours until set.
Remove from the fridge, unmold onto a serving plate, and decorate as desired.
