  • Mexican corn: 500 g

  • Mushrooms: 300 g

  • Butter: 20 g

  • Pizza cheese: 1 cup

  • Mayonnaise: 3 tablespoons

  • Thousand Island dressing: 3 tablespoons

  • Lemon juice: 1 teaspoon

  • Salt, black pepper, thyme, and garlic powder: as needed


Preparation

  1. Start by placing the raw Mexican corn in a pan with 2 tablespoons of cold water and cook until the corn is tender. You can also use canned corn, but be sure to boil the can for 20 minutes before use.

  2. Slice the mushrooms and add them to a pan over high heat. Cook until the mushrooms release their water. Then add lemon juice to prevent them from darkening. Make sure to sauté the mushrooms on high heat so they do not become too watery.

  3. Add the cooked corn along with butter to the mushrooms and stir until the butter melts.
