Shrimp: 300 g
Garlic: 1 clove, grated
Liquid oil, toast bread, and salt: as needed
Fresh ginger, grated: as needed
Egg: 1
White pepper: ½ teaspoon

Instructions
First, clean the shrimp, wash them, and let them dry. Finely chop the shrimp and place them in a bowl. Grate the garlic and add it to the shrimp, then add the ginger, white pepper, and egg, and mix well. Crumble the toast bread and add it to the mixture, mixing thoroughly. Shape the mixture into walnut-sized balls and fry them in oil. Once the shrimp balls are fried, arrange them on a serving dish and serve.
Ingredients
Yellow bell pepper, finely chopped: 1
Green bell pepper, finely chopped: 1
Medium onion, finely chopped: 1
Garlic, finely chopped: 4 cloves
Fresh coriander, finely chopped: 75 g
Shrimp, chopped: 450 g
Tomatoes, chopped: 3
Coconut milk: 200 ml
Olive oil: 5 tablespoons
Frying oil: 500 ml
Eggs, beaten: 2
Breadcrumbs: 300 g
Grated Parmesan cheese: 70 g
Cooked broken rice: 550 g
Salt and pepper: to taste
Instructions
Heat 4 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté the chopped onion until golden, without letting it become too dry or overly fried. Add the chopped garlic and sauté briefly. Add the chopped yellow and green bell peppers and sauté lightly. Then add the chopped tomatoes, salt, pepper, coconut milk, and the remaining tablespoon of olive oil. Cook until the tomatoes soften and release some juice. Allow the vegetable sauce to cook and thicken slightly.
Add the chopped shrimp to the thickened mixture, followed by the chopped coriander. Let the mixture simmer for no more than 4 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat, transfer the mixture to a bowl, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until completely cooled.
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs well. Add the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, cooked rice, and some salt and pepper to the eggs. Mix thoroughly and lightly knead to form a dough.
Take a spoonful of the dough, flatten it in your hand, place some of the cooled shrimp mixture in the center, then close and shape it into a ball. Heat the frying oil in a small pot over medium heat until fully hot. Test the oil with a small piece of dough; if it immediately rises to the surface, the oil is ready. Fry 3 to 4 balls at a time until fully submerged, golden, and crisp. Remove with a slotted spoon and place on kitchen paper to absorb excess oil. Arrange on a serving dish and serve hot. Enjoy your meal.
