SAEDNEWS: Our body consists of positive and negative energies. The right side of the body contains positive energy, while the left side contains negative energy. These energies also influence the rotational flow of the chakras.

Introduction to the Seven Main Chakras of the Body

According to Saed News website and Behdasht News:

If you constantly feel tired and drained, lack motivation, and get irritated easily, it may indicate that your chakras are not balanced.

What is a Chakra?

Chakras (energy centers) are seven main power centers located along the spine in the subtle body. They act as a bridge between the soul and the physical body. The word chakra comes from Sanskrit and means “wheel.” Chakras are constantly spinning and are also referred to as life energy.

Energy flows through thousands of narrow channels called nadis throughout the body. It is believed that there are about 72,000 nadis in the human body. The main chakras are located along the central nadi and extend along the spine. Chakras are described as rotating vortexes of energy.

The main chakras control and energize vital organs of the physical body. If they do not function properly, the related organs may become weak or diseased due to lack of life energy. In Eastern traditions, chakras are often symbolized as lotus flowers with petals surrounding a circular center.

The human body is said to contain both positive and negative energies. The right side of the body carries positive energy, while the left side carries negative energy. These energies also influence the rotational flow of chakras. Each chakra is associated with a specific color, often linked to rainbow colors, and is believed to radiate energy outward in a spiral motion. Chakras have been recognized and studied in Eastern traditions for thousands of years.
