Wash and peel the potatoes and onion, then grate them. Grind the sausage and use a high-quality, meat-rich sausage.

If you don't have meat sausage, you can use chicken sausage. Add the grated potatoes and onion, then mix in the turmeric, salt, and pepper. Crack the egg into the mixture.

Add the dry bread crumbs to the mixture. Mix the ingredients well, then refrigerate the mixture for a while to rest. After that, take it out of the fridge.

Heat oil in a pan. Once the oil is hot, form small patties with the mixture using your hands and fry them in the hot oil. Fry both sides until golden and serve them on a plate. Garnish with tomatoes and pickles.
