Olive oil: 1 teaspoon
Pasta (shapes of your choice): 1 package
Pickles: 200 g
Bell pepper: 1
Corn: 400 g
Peas: 400 g
Carrots: 2 medium
Cold cuts (like salami or bologna): 150 g
Lemon: 1
Vegetable oil: 2 tablespoons
Mayonnaise: 700 g
Salt, black and red pepper: to taste
Step 1: Fill a pot with enough water for the pasta and bring it to a boil. Once boiling, add a little vegetable oil.

Step 2: Add about 1 tablespoon of salt to the boiling water.

Step 3: Add the pasta to the boiling water and cook until it reaches your desired tenderness.

Step 4: While the pasta cooks, wash and finely dice the pickles, bell pepper, and carrots. Cut the cold cuts into small cubes, and grate the carrots using a medium grater.
Step 5: In a separate bowl, add the mayonnaise. Whisk slightly to loosen it, then mix in black and red pepper, salt, lemon juice, and olive oil until fully combined.

Step 6: Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and transfer it to the serving bowl.

Step 7: Add all the prepared ingredients—pickles, cold cuts, bell pepper, grated carrots, peas, corn, and sauce—to the pasta. Mix everything thoroughly.

Step 8: Chill the salad in the refrigerator for 1–2 hours. Before serving, you can garnish with cherry tomatoes and olives.

Many people like to add chicken. Simply cook and dice the chicken breast before mixing it in.
Add a tiny pinch of turmeric to the pasta water for a richer color.
You can make a lighter sauce by combining yogurt with mayonnaise and experiment with spices like thyme, garlic powder, or cumin.
The salad tastes better the longer it chills, as the sauce infuses into the pasta.
Cherry tomatoes work well as a garnish.
Make sure the pasta doesn’t stick together.
For a colorful presentation, use multiple colors of bell peppers.
You can also add potatoes: boil one until partially cooked, dice, and mix it in.
