Saednews: While the “True Promise 3” operation, in response to the Zionist regime’s aggressions against Iran, has inflicted heavy damage on the regime and tensions have entered their second week, Eyal Zamir, Chief of Staff of the Zionist regime’s army, has warned about the prolonged war with Iran.

According to Saednews: the continuous firing of Iranian ballistic missiles and the persistent sound of warning sirens across the occupied territories have increased the anxiety among the Zionists. The Chief of Staff of the Zionist army said that “difficult days” lie ahead.

As the war between the Zionist regime and Iran and the crushing response of the Islamic Republic of Iran enters its second week, the Israeli military is concerned about a prolonged conflict. Iran’s missile operations have so far caused extensive damage in most major cities and sensitive points of the Zionist regime, resulting in casualties.

With the continuation of the war, the Chief of Staff of the Zionist army said that Zionist soldiers must prepare for the difficult days ahead. On Friday, he said: “To eliminate a threat of this scale, against such an enemy, we must prepare for a long campaign.”

While the missile defense systems of the Zionist regime are failing to cope with Iran’s missile attacks and their inefficiency becomes increasingly evident every day, this Zionist official claimed that “the enemy is weakening.”

Repeating the warning of Danny Danon, the Zionist regime’s ambassador to the United Nations, and to boost the morale of his exhausted and worn-out soldiers, he said: “We will not stop. Not until Iran’s nuclear threat is eliminated. Not until the places of our people and yours are safe.”

These statements come as Seyed Abbas Araghchi, Iran’s Foreign Minister, in Geneva—where he met with his counterparts from the UK, France, and Germany—emphasized that Iran is determined to defend its territorial integrity and sovereignty with full force.

On the night of June 13 (Khordad 23), Zionist forces carried out aggressive attacks against civilian, military targets, and Iran’s nuclear facilities, resulting in the martyrdom of several military commanders, nuclear scientists, and innocent civilians.

Following this, the Supreme Leader addressed the citizens in a message, calling the attacks on Iran a crime and stating that the Zionist regime will face a bitter and terrible fate. Accordingly, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps announced that in response to these attacks, the Islamic Republic has launched the “True Promise 3” operation against military targets in the occupied territories.
