SAEDNEWS: The relations between Tehran and Muscat relations are expanding in all dimensions, the top Iranian diplomat Abbas Araghchi says.
According to SAEDNEWS, Relations between Tehran and Muscat are experiencing substantial expansion across various dimensions, according to Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi.
In a recent phone conversation with his Omani counterpart, Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi, Araghchi highlighted the strengthening ties between the two nations. During the call, Al Busaidi congratulated Araghchi on his appointment as Iran's foreign minister and expressed his best wishes for success in his new role.
Al Busaidi noted the Sultan of Oman's keen interest in fostering relations with Iran and affirmed Oman's readiness to cooperate closely in order to follow up on and implement existing agreements between the two countries. He emphasized Muscat's support for ongoing political consultations to enhance collaboration.
In response, Araghchi expressed his appreciation and reiterated his commitment to working closely with Al Busaidi on issues of mutual interest across bilateral, regional, and international spheres. He stated, "Fortunately, Tehran-Muscat relations are expanding in all dimensions," and emphasized that continued dialogue and cooperation on various fronts, including regional concerns, will play a pivotal role in resolving existing challenges and securing shared interests.
