SAEDNEWS: Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi press conference in Damascus kicked off on Saturday.
According to SAEDNEWS, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi issued a strong warning to Israel during a press conference held in Damascus on Saturday. He stated, "Our response to any Israeli aggression will be stronger and harsher. They can test our will."
Araghchi highlighted the productive discussions he had with Syrian President Bashar al-Assad, emphasizing the importance of a united front against what he described as the "crimes of the Zionist regime." He added, "We held constructive talks with President Assad in Damascus and reached very good agreements and coordination to continue confronting the crimes of the Zionist regime."
During his visit, Araghchi also stressed that "the message of my trip to Damascus and Beirut is that Iran will stand by the Resistance under any circumstances." He further announced that "a plane carrying humanitarian aid for the people of Lebanon will arrive in Syria tomorrow."
Before arriving in Damascus, the Iranian foreign minister was in Beirut, where he met with Lebanese Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri. His current meetings in Syria included discussions with President Assad, the Syrian foreign minister, and the prime minister, reinforcing Iran's commitment to maintaining strong relations with Syria. Araghchi concluded, stating that the Iranian government will continue its good relations with the country.
