Ingredients for Skillet Pizza Without Dough

Base:

  • Toast bread: 6 slices

  • Eggs: 2–3

  • Meat, chicken, or ham/sausage: 100 g (optional)

  • Mushrooms: 3

  • Pizza cheese: 150 g

For the Pizza Sauce:

  • Tomato paste: 1 tbsp

  • Vinegar: 1 tbsp

  • Boiling water: 2 tbsp

  • Oil: 1 tbsp

  • Grated garlic: 1 clove

  • Salt, black pepper, cumin powder, thyme: to taste


Instructions

1. Prepare the Base

Start by making the pizza base with toast bread. Chop the bread into small pieces—enough to mix with the eggs and spread evenly in the skillet.

2. Mix Eggs

Add the eggs to the chopped bread and stir until well combined.

3. Cook the Base

Grease a skillet well and spread the bread-egg mixture evenly over the bottom.

4. Add Toppings

Spread the pizza sauce over the base, then layer your choice of ham or cooked meat on top.

Tip: Ham does not need pre-cooking, but if using chicken, ground meat, or sausage, make sure it’s fully cooked before adding.

5. Add Mushrooms

Place lightly cooked mushrooms on the next layer.

6. Melt the Cheese

Sprinkle with thyme or red pepper if desired. Cover the skillet and cook on low heat until the bread is crispy and the cheese has melted.
