Ingredients for Mushroom Canapés:
Butter: 50 grams
Cilantro: 50 grams
Green onions: 100 grams
Mushrooms: 500 grams
Flour: 2 tablespoons
Milk: 1.5 cups
Salt, pepper, and toast: as needed
Grated pizza cheese: as needed
How to make Mushroom Canapés:
Place the butter in a pan and heat it until it melts.
Chop the green onions and sauté them with the butter.
Finely chop the mushrooms and sauté them with the green onions until the water evaporates.
Add the flour and stir.
Pour in the milk and continue stirring until the mixture thickens.
Add salt and pepper, then stir in the chopped cilantro. Remove from heat.
On each toast slice, place a tablespoon of the mushroom mixture, spreading it evenly. Sprinkle some grated pizza cheese on top.
Place the canapés in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) and bake until the cheese melts and becomes golden.
